How much do packers and movers charge in India?
Every office quotes from one rate card, so a move of the same size and distance costs the same wherever you book it. A 2 BHK moving within a city costs ₹12,000 to ₹16,500. The same 2 BHK costs ₹16,000 to ₹21,500 for 200 to 500 km, ₹23,000 to ₹29,500 for 600 to 1,000 km and ₹28,000 to ₹36,500 for 1,100 to 2,500 km. Floor and lift access, the packing you choose and any car or bike you add change the final figure, and the written quote lists each of them.
Which cities in India do you cover?
We move to and from anywhere in India. Our head office and one branch are in Pune, and we have branch offices in Daund, Mumbai, Gurugram, Kolkata, Patna, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Jalandhar. When your city has no office of its own, the nearest one surveys, packs and loads your goods.
Do you handle moves from one state to another?
Yes. The office nearest your pickup address surveys your home, packs the goods for a long road trip and loads them. One coordinator stays your contact until everything is delivered and unpacked at the new address, even when the move crosses several states.
How long does a move to another state take?
It depends on the road distance. A move of up to about 450 km usually arrives the next day, one of around 1,000 km takes about three days, and 2,000 to 2,500 km takes six to seven days. Heavy rain and long ghat sections can add time. Our pages for routes out of Pune give the usual transit time for each trip.
Can you move my car or bike to another state?
Yes. Cars travel door to door on car carriers, and bikes are wrapped in layers before loading. You can send a vehicle on its own or with your household goods, and our car and bike transport pages list the charges by road distance.
Is transit insurance available, and what if something is damaged?
We help you take transit insurance for any move between cities and explain the cover and the claim process before moving day. If something arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you can with photos, and we take the claim forward with you under the policy and our service terms.
How far ahead should I book?
Three to five days is usually enough for a move inside a city. For a move to another state, book one to two weeks ahead, and earlier if you want a month-end date or a weekend, since those go first. Urgent moves are often possible when a truck and crew are free.
Do you move offices and shops as well?
Yes. Office shifting is priced by the size of the office and the distance, on its own rate card. Most office moves are planned for a weekend or after working hours, with desks and IT equipment packed and labelled to match the new layout.
Can you store my goods between two moves?
Yes, in our Pune warehouse, charged by the month. Storing the goods from a 1 BHK costs ₹3,700 a month. Goods from another city can be collected and brought there, with the transport quoted separately.
How do I check that a moving company is genuine?
Check its GST number on the GST portal and its CIN on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website, read its recent Google reviews, and ask for a written quote that lists every charge. Be wary of a price far below the others or a demand for a large cash advance. Our GSTIN is 27AAECH0488E1ZN and our CIN is U74999PN2016PTC165657.
How do I pay for the move?
A small advance confirms the booking, and the balance is paid as your quote sets out. You can pay by UPI, bank transfer or cash, and every move is billed on a GST invoice.
Is there anything you will not move?
We do not carry perishable food or anything flammable or hazardous, such as gas cylinders, petrol, paint and chemicals. Keep cash, jewellery, passports and important papers with you, and plan for pets and plants to travel separately.
